How it works for you
Build a track record
When you identify an investment opportunity, we conduct our own due diligence, provide legal advice to structure the arrangement, and then manage the investment.
The companies we invest in are typically outside the scope of your parent firm. They represent your own investment thesis and are often based on your personal relationships with the founder/CEO.
Our investments are in the range of $100K-$10M per transaction, with follow-on rounds from $10MM and up.

Start your own fund
When you have built a track record or have a unique source of deal flow, we can help you start your own fund.
Raising your first venture capital fund is challenging. It can take an average of 17 months to close and over 100 meetings. Some of the reasons for this is a lack of knowledge about the process and connections at the right types of potential investors.
We have developed an effective process to help emerging managers start their own fund. This includes advise on creating a differentiable investment thesis, building the right team of partners and advisors, and creating an effective process to raise capital. We also have a network of family offices and institutional investors that might invest in your fund.

Our network of emerging managers are either in the early/mid-stage of their career working at Top 100 venture capital firms or successful Angel investors looking to build their own fund
We provide our network with career advice and support, as well as offering them the ability to leverage our capital network to invest.

Our Investments
We invest in entrepreneurs who want to positively change the world. We primarily source new investments through our Community of venture capitalists.
Level Ventures is founded and based in San Francisco, but invests in global companies located in any geography. Our LPs are mostly family offices, and wealthy individuals located outside of the bay area which helps give us access to a global network to help our portfolio companies. We are very invested in building long term relationships with our founders, investors, and partners.
